The Reber N.3 Inox 8603 N manual tomato press is ideal for processing tomatoes into homemade coulis. Recommendation before first use:

We recommend crushing around two kilos of tomatoes, then discarding this initial preparation in order to clean the inside of the machine and eliminate any production residues (fragments of plastic, metal, etc.).
