This manual, non-motorized model is perfectly suited to small quantities and occasional use at home. It allows you to produce a quality tomato coulis while maintaining total control over the preparation.

Recommendation before first use:

Although made from food-safe materials, the machine is not thoroughly cleaned when it leaves the factory. It is advisable to grind around two kilos of tomatoes, then discard this first preparation in order to effectively clean the internal parts and eliminate any manufacturing residues (such as small fragments of plastic or metal).
